How Does Your Garden Grow?
I purchased 2 paintings today. The artist is a young, struggling artist Sujit Karmakar, who is also showing at Studio 21. These two are called very simply "Childhood". Opinions solicited.

loved the portraits. is it charcoal?
The upper one has a certain Warholesque enigma, the lower one is a cliche.
oddity - No. Acrylic on canvas. Do drop by and see them.
As Any Fule Kno - The artist is struggling. MUCH. I forgive him his cliches, just because of that. :-D
