Why I hate large Indian IT companies
Wouldn't you if in the past 3 months they poached 3/4th of your programmers? That when they are apparently your clients. I hate them very, very much today.

It sucks even more to work for one, especially in non-managerial positions. I have never felt so under valued and disrespected as an employee. The rumors are true. I try to give everyone a chance and not pay attention to the warnings, but I learned from personal experience that it's a huge mistake. Never again will I work for an Indian company.
